• Is this a Genuine Part? Yes it is.
• Are your spouts brand new or used ? All our parts are brand new. Unused. We apply a small discount in case we miss a tiny mark when inspecting before shipping. We explain this in more detail below.
• Is there an O Ring Kit on this Spout ? Yes. All our Spouts come complete. This Spout has O Ring Kit 1239R and Aerator 1263R.
• Do you include silicone grease ? No because it needs to be applied freshly when installed. You can source this from any Builders Merchant.
