Carron Phoenix Inca Filter Tap Cold Diverter Cartridge 3448R. Recent installation guides refer to it as SP3448 and it’s the same part.

Hot side takes a 1/4 turn ceramic valve and the Cold side takes a diverter Valve (which is bigger than the Hot Valve)  now described in more recent installation guides as SP3448 – but it’s identical part, just name change.
