Description
Clearwater Baroc Bridge Kitchen Tap Valve
Important Information
The Clearwater Baroc Bridge Kitchen Tap Valve is designed for use with Clearwater Baroc Bridge Kitchen Taps.
However, please note that the manufacturer has updated the valve design over the years. While both the old and new versions have 24 splines, the splines on the newer valve are thinner and not compatible with the older tap handle.
- If you currently have the older valve (1301R), the newer replacement valve (3656R) will not fit your original handle.
- In this case, you will also need to purchase a new Baroc Bridge Tap Handle (3715R).
You can check compatibility by removing your existing valve and comparing it to the product images. One noticeable difference is the stepped nut on the newer version.
Some older installation guides refer to the original valve as 1301R, but even some newer guides referencing 3656R may still relate to the older version.
If the replacement valve you receive does not fit, you are welcome to return it.

Current 3656R SP3656 V Old 3565r 1301R ValveA kitchen tap with a compression valve is recommended to use if you have very low water pressure on the hot water side of your kitchen tap.
See our blog on this for more information – low hot water pressure from your kitchen tap.
