Franke Filterflow Zurich Filterflow Tap Valve Hot 1212R /3819R (read more information below ) and 3448R Cold Diverter (for Cold Mains and Cold Filtered). If your Tap is dripping from the Spout then you might need to change the Valves / Diverter. Please see here, If you have the standard Zurich Tap i.e the NON filter version.. If a Bush is required, it is only on the Hot side. There is no Bush on the Cold Side.

Franke Filterflow Zurich Tap Valve 1212R or 3819R for Hot side

The manufacturers changed HOT VALVE c.2013 from 1212R valve to SP3819 valve. Either of these valves will fit in your Tap i.e. whichever valve you order for the Hot side (i.e. 1212R Hot or 3819R Hot, it will make no difference if it turns out that you have the other version of the Hot Valve, as both work / fit the same in the Zurich Tap. They might look different (the earlier 1212R has two threads and the later 3819R has one thread but they actually measure the same where it counts to fit & work in your tap i.e. 20 splines, same overall height, lower thread the same etc). If you want to order the exact same as your own Tap, then check your installation guide or remove your own valve before ordering and compare to the pictures. When replacing the Diverter Cartridge 3448R you will need to remove first the brass casing 4144R to gain access to the cartridge 3448R behind it

If your hot valve looks like this in the image below, then the brass bush is still attached and you will need to separate and reuse with the new valve, or if you cannot separate, then buy a new brass bush as well.
