Astracast Shannon Twin Lever TP0788 O Ring Kit 1425R & Grub Screw

**NOTE:  If you have an earlier version of your Tap , please make sure to retain your original Grub Screw as the one supplied with the 1425R may be too big.  Also your own O Ring Kit might not have the small white PTFE ring. This will not be an issue**.

However, we have seen several versions of the Astracast ‘Shannon’ Twin Lever Tap.  So we would advise that before you buy, you compare your own O Ring Kit on your own spout to the images below.

Also your own Tap should have indicators on the side of your handles like here , and if they do not, then you do not have the Shannon TP0420 1425R O Ring Kit.

Spout SP3926 (aka 3926R ) and O Ring Kit SP1425 (aka 1425R)

Here is the older Spout with the earlier version of the 1425R O Ring Kit and you can see that smaller white ring is absent.  The new spout has this smaller ring but this won’t be an issue for you when fitting your new Spout to your old Tap Base (provided of course that the original spout has the 1425R Kit consisting of the 3 rings).

PINHOLE

Please note that if you have a pinhole in your spout, replacing the O Ring Kit will not fix this. You will need to replace the Spout. Check your spout before ordering O Ring Kit. Where you purchase O Ring Kit and it turns out that you have pinholes and purchase subsequently a New Spout from us, we discount the cost of O Ring Kit off New Spout Cost.
