Why Our Genuine Spouts Are Discounted

All our spouts are brand new, genuine parts sourced directly from the original tap manufacturer. We inspect each one carefully before dispatch, and any item with a noticeable mark is sold separately as a ‘second’.

In rare cases, a very small mark — often no larger than a pinhead — may be missed. Rather than raise prices to cover the cost of the occasional return, we apply a small discount to all spouts by default. This ensures you get excellent value while we maintain the high standards we're known for.

• Is this a Genuine Howdens Tap part ? Yes it is.
• How do I know which Valve to order? You need to determine where the drip is coming from e.g cold water feed or hot water feed. If in doubt, order a pair.
