If your Tap is dripping where  Spout meets the Base then you might need to replace your O Ring Kit. The Hot Valve opens Clockwise.  The Cold Valve opens Anti-Clockwise.

If your own valve looks like this below (i.e. wider / fatter) then the brass bush part has come out stuck to your valve. You can try to separate to reuse. But if you need to buy it is a separate part, 3408R and you can buy this here or click on part at bottom of this screen.
