Davenport Kitchen Tap Valve replacement required

San Marco Davenport Kitchen Mixer Tap

San Marco Davenport Kitchen Mixer Tap

If you are replacing the Valve on your Davenport Kitchen Tap then you need to establish what year your Tap was manufactured because the Valves were changed c.2009 (the date is stamped on the valve).

If your valve is stamped 2010 are later

If San Marco 2010 (or any year after that is stamped on the valve) then you just need to purchase a valve here:

If your valve is stamped 2009 are earlier

These valves are no longer available, and the NEWER version of the Valves is not compatible with the old handles. Instead you can buy the New Valves with New Handles and these will work in the pre 2009 Davenport Taps.

These can be bought here:

PLEASE NOTE

Where your Tap has a valve with a date 2009, we don’t know if it has the OLD valve or the NEW valve, so you will need to check the measurements of your Valve.

The MAIN difference is that the OLD valve has 20 splines and the NEW valve has 28 splines.

Here are the measurements of the OLD valve

  • 50mm overall brass height of valve
  • 20mm at diameter of thread
  • 20 splines
  • 7mm nut height

Here are the measurements of the NEW valve

  • 50mm overall brass height of valve
  • 21mm at diameter of thread
  • 28 splines
  • 6mm nut height

Replacement handle only

If you just require a replacement HANDLE and do not need to replace the valve itself for the Davenport Tap then select the ‘old’ option if your valve has 20 splines (c.2009 or earlier) or select the NEW option if your valve has 28 splines (c.2009 and later)

If your measurements are different then email us at sales@tapsandsinksonline.co.uk your 4 measurements PLUS a picture of your Tap and we will look it up for you.
