How do I know what Franke Tap Model I have ?

We get asked this question a lot. The easiest way to identify what Franke Tap Model you have is to email a picture to us of your Tap. If you can please include any other useful information such as the approx date your Tap was fitted. If you email us details us we will advise you on the correct part for your Tap. You can also use the Contact Button at the bottom right of your screen. If either of these options do not work for you, just send, via your phone, the pictures to sales@tapsandsinksonline.co.uk.
Why do we ask for the approx date when your Tap was installed ?

The reason we look for approx date is because some Franke Tap models have had some internal modifications over the years of production. We like to recommend the most appropriate replacement parts for your Franke Tap.
Other Franke Taps might look the same e.g some Franke Triflow Taps look almost identical to later Franke Filterflow versions but internally they are completely different.
