How do I know what Franke Tap Model I have ?

We receive this question frequently. The simplest method to identify your Franke Tap Model is to email us a picture of your tap. Please include the approximate date of installation if you know it as this can be relevant. If you do not do that we will allow for that in our advice. You can also reach out using the Contact Button on the bottom right of your screen. If these methods are not suitable, you can send the pictures via email to sales@tapsandsinksonline.co.uk from your phone.

Why do we ask for the approx date when your Tap was installed ?

The reason we look for approx date is because some Franke Tap models have had some internal modifications over the years of production. We like to recommend the most appropriate replacement parts for your Franke Tap.
Other Franke Taps might look the same e.g some Franke Triflow Taps look almost identical to later Franke Filterflow versions but internally they are completely different.
