1427R Kitchen Tap Valve

£14£28

Clear

1427R Kitchen Tap Valve is a Quarter turn Tap Valves for Hot Water or Cold Water side of many UK Kitchen Taps.

Please note: We have put up the measurements of this valve in order for you to compare to your own valve before purchasing due to the fact that some of the Taps for which this valve is listed have been modified over the years in production. To avoid having to return an unsuitable part a quick check will ensure if you have the current model (for which this part is suitable for) or an earlier model (for which this part would not be suitable).

****Please note: The SMR (San Marco Rubinetterie ) valves nearly always have a name & date stamp on them e.g. SMR 11/14. This only refers to a production date and does not specify the particular type of valve needed.
Comparing the measurements listed online to your existing valve is the best way to make sure you are ordering the correct replacement for your Tap.****

Description

1427R Kitchen Tap Valve, also known as the 2552R valve, is one of the most popular valves and fits many UK Kitchen Taps.

Useful Tip

It can be a common enough problem that when you remove your  Valve it looks different than the valve in the picture. It is most likely because the brass bush is still attached.

1427R Valve and Brass Bush. The Valve should come out of Tap with no Brass Bush surrounding it. If the Brass Bush is stuck to the Valve and you can’t separate, then you will need to also replace the Brass Bush.

Here is the same Valve stuck inside the Brass Bush

For tips on how to separate a Valve from a Brass Bush, see here.

If the Valve is stuck inside the Brass Bush then you will have to separate them OR buy a Brass Bush as well (see You May Also Like section below)

All our Spare Parts are Genuine Spare Parts sourced directly from the manufacturer of your Product.

Please note that parts might be modified by the manufacturers over the years of a product being made as part of their continual improvements. We have put up the actual part number from the manufacturer so that you can check against your technical specifications sheets provided by the manufacturers when you originally purchased your product. If you no longer have your technical specification sheet we have also put up measurements or pictures, where appropriate, for you to check against your own spare part that you wish to replace. We can not always guarantee that a part will fit an older version of a product. All spare parts that do not fit can be returned for a refund but we do not refund associated postage costs.
