Brexit will have no financial impact on our GB customers once your Order is less than £135.

Shipping Costs (P&P):

Post (Not trackable) £2/£3.50 / Courier (Trackable) £5/£7: We make no profit from Shipping (what we charge for Couriers does not even cover full cost). For very small items: Screws, O Ring Kits, Aerators & some Bushes, we Post (£2/£3.50). Where we Post, and you have been incorrectly charged Courier Rate £5/£7, we will refund the excess shipping charge to you. Some Bushes due to size cannot be posted. Shipping costs include VAT and costs of packaging. If you do not want a small item posted, but would prefer it to be Couriered, please email us when you have placed your order as you might be required to pay an additional charge to cover the increased Shipping Costs.

Shipping Times (Prevent unnecessary delays - Put in correct details at Checkout):

ROI / NI approx 2 days delivery by Courier (Post might take longer). GB: Due to new Brexit rules, items going to GB are taking longer than previously. This is outside of our Control. Where we Ship to?:

We are currently only shipping to England, Scotland, Wales, NI and ROI. We are currently unable for logistical & customs reasons to ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any Isles off mainland GB. All we can suggest is that you might be able to have the Order shipped to GB and from the there get it shipped on to your own address if it is one of the destinations that we currently do not ship to.

• Compatible = Not made by your Tap’s brand. May not fit or last.

We’ve seen compatible parts cause leaks or damage. Choosing genuine parts protects your tap and warranty.

After Sales Service

• Our Sales Team is available for excellent after sales service.
• We have been supplying Kitchen Taps for over 30 years and accordingly can troubleshoot any issue with a Kitchen Tap.
• The most effective way to maintain your Kitchen Tap is to fix any issue as it arises. If you ignore a drip it can effect the inner workings of your Tap.
• It might result in the drip being beyond repair.
• Often Plumbers advise to replace the Tap.
• They do this because customers purchase the wrong part or the exact part is hard to source.
• But not if you contact us. If you contact us before buying, we will advise you on the correct part for your Tap.
• That way, if you are calling in a Plumber to fix your Tap, all the correct parts will be there for the Plumber to fix your Tap.
