Are these parts Genuine ? Yes. They come from the manufacturer of your Tap so are tried and tested.
What size allen key do I need ? You will need a 2.5mm allen key which you can buy here.
My own O Ring Kit looks different to the one here : There are many models of taps out there now that look very similar to this tap but come from different manufacturers. We recommend for this particular tap design to compare your own spout to the details here before ordering if you are not 100% sure that you have the Rangemaster Aquavogue Tap (if you have the original installation guide that came with the tap when you purchased it then you will know for sure). You can always email us pictures of your own Tap and we will assist you. We have pictures below of the O Ring kit on the spout to assist you.
I changed my o ring kit but I still have a drip at the base of my tap ? Have you checked for pinholes ? These can be tiny fractured spots in the base of the spout, sometimes behind the rubber rings, where the spout has worn and the water can seep through. If you have pinholes or obvious crack in your spout then you will need to purchase a replacement spout which you can buy here.

My tap is still dripping from the Spout ? If your Tap is dripping from the spout then you might have to replace the Rangemaster Aquavogue 1 Tap Valve. You replace O Rings if your Tap is dripping at the base of your tap i.e where the spout fits into the base.
