However please note that while the plugs that we supply match the Carron Phoenix waste and plumbing kits that went with the Carron Phoenix Sinks, we have no way of knowing whether or not the waste and plumbing kit used in the installation of your sink (and hence the plug) was the original waste and plumbing kit supplied by Carron Phoenix. We can never 100% guarantee that our plug will fit your sink waste. That is why it is so important to check the measurements that are supplied with each plug and also compare pictures. While we offer free shipping and full refunds, we will not offer a refund for the postage cost of returning a plug should it not fit your sink.
