To find out what tap model you have,

  • You might still have the original installation guide to give you clues.
  • look for any identifying marks or labels on the tap itself. Sometimes the Brand is stamped on the base (front OR back – so don’t forget to check behind your tap..if an awkward spot to access, try take a picture with a camera to then read) or something might be stamped on a handle.  There might be even some letters and numbers stamped on them which you could then use to search online.  [remember that your exact numbers might not come up but might still give you a clue as to the brand of your Tap]
  • You might still have the original installation guide to give you clues.
  • You could take a picture of your Tap and send it to your Kitchen Designer / Fitter or Plumber (whoever installed) and they might be able to advise you of the model or where they bought it.
