Is this a Genuine Carron Phoenix Tap part ? Yes it is.
I think there is a hole in the spout, what do I need? If there is a hole in the spout, you will need to purchase a whole new spout.
My tap is leaking at the base of the spout, what do I need? If your Tap is dripping where the Spout meets the Base only, then you just need to replace your O Ring Kit.
My tap is leaking at the top of the spout, what do I need? If your tap is dripping from the top of the spout, you need to replace the valves.
What do I need to remove the spout? You need a 2.5mm Allen Key.
